Women Leading OSU

Our Beaver Nation, the fundraising arm of Oregon State Athletics, launched the Women Leading OSU giving program on April 24, 2017. This program is designed specifically to support initiatives that directly impact the female student-athlete at OSU, including subsidizing the department’s Women LEAD professional development effort as a part of the Everyday Champions program.

The creation of Women Leading OSU is to support the female student-athlete at Oregon State University. Through the generosity of WLOSU members we will be able to better support her opportunity, support her chance to succeed on and off the field, support her ability to lead, and support her pursuit of excellence.

Further Oregon State women’s athletics initiatives by targeting support through engaging community members and former student-athletes with an interest in helping to provide increased opportunities to Oregon State female student-athletes.

Advance fundraising priorities of women’s athletics at Oregon State. Grow membership, create proactive support for areas of need, and create engagement opportunities where WLOSU members interact one-on-one with current OSU female student-athletes.

Provide a meaningful and transformational donor and female student-athlete experience that has not previously existed in order to enrich, advance, and elevate women’s athletics at Oregon State University.

This group of dedicated donors will be part of the decision making process, determining the destination for all funds and what program(s) or project(s) the funds will directly benefit. An Ingram Leadership Council member is anyone who gives at $1,000 level or higher.
